There is a possibility of playing 2 games in one day and having a full day off. Schedule is determined by The Rocky Top Organization and will not be released until the week of games.

Jerseys and apparel will be provided to each athlete. Please be sure to include proper sizing with your registration.

Current cost is $1500 per athlete.

This is subject to additional review pending the number of participants registered. Current costs may change. *Please note: We do not anticipate raising any costs, if anything, these may decrease. Families will be updated if any changes are made.

$200 deposit for registration +

$1300 fundraising opportunity.

The Varsity Trip Board (VTB) is anticipating all costs to be covered by the fundraising opportunities if each family chooses to use these.

Aug 25th: Registration with $200 Deposit Due

Sept 14th: Additional $250 submitted

Sept 28th: Additional $250 submitted

Oct 12th: Additional $300 submitted

Oct 26th: Additional $250 submitted

Nov 9th: Final $250 submitted
